Softprom signed distribution agreement with Acunetix

October 2020 — Softprom, Value Added IT Distributor and Acunetix, the pioneer in automated web application security software, signed a ditributor agreement.

According the contract, Softprom’ll promote Acunetix solutions on the Central and Eastern Europe, CIS countries, Georgia and Ukraine. Acunetix is known as the first company to build a fully dedicated and automated web vulnerability scanner.

Softprom portfolio has been added solutions:

• Network Security Scanner  — web vulnerability scanner integrated with the OpenVAS Network Security Scanner. 
• Vulnerability Scanner — a complete web application security testing solution that can be used both standalone and as part of complex environments.

Also, an interesting fact that Invicti was founded in 2018 by bringing together Netsparker and Acunetix, two brands that identify web vulnerabilities to prevent costly data breaches and other security incidents. At the moment, Invicti Security is responsible for supporting and developing Netsparker и Acunetix.
