The access control administrator can generate a QR code, define its validity period (for example, one hour or one-time access), and assign it to a specific access zone. The visitor receives a temporary QR code via messenger or email. There is no need for the visitor to download an app or wait for an office manager at the reception — they simply present the QR code on their phone screen to the terminal.
