Under the agreement, Softprom is granted the status of Official Distributor for the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa). This partnership holds strategic significance following BlueCat's recent acquisition of LiveAction, a market leader in network observability.

Softprom has been LiveAction's official distributor since 2023. As a result, the company already possesses deep technical expertise and established supply channels for network monitoring solutions. The signing of the contract with BlueCat enables Softprom to immediately offer partners and customers a unified portfolio for complete network infrastructure modernization.
