Head of Marketing Unit (CEE & DACH) — EU (Remote)

Softprom is opening a Head of Marketing Unit position covering CEE & DACH markets — a leadership role driving brand recognition, partner demand, and vendor marketing across Europe. This is a hands-on strategic role: you will build the European marketing unit from scratch, align joint go-to-market plans with global IT vendors, and lead regional campaigns across seven European countries.

Work format: fully remote from any EU country, with business travel across the region.

The company operates in 33 countries across Central and Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia, works with 120+ global technology vendors and offers 1200+ IT solutions across five practices: cybersecurity, cloud services, IT infrastructure, security systems, CAD and graphics.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing the annual marketing strategy across European markets (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Germany, and Austria).
  • Managing vendor marketing programs: aligning objectives, securing and utilizing MDF and co-marketing funds, and reporting on ROMI.
  • Planning and executing the regional event calendar: partner meetups, industry conferences, and joint vendor events.
  • Managing a Europe-focused Event Marketer and directing external contractors and creative agencies.
  • Overseeing production of localized marketing assets, landing pages, email workflows in HubSpot, and social media campaigns.
  • Growing and segmenting the European B2B partner database in HubSpot, running nurturing campaigns, and routing qualified leads to sales teams.
  • Launching and optimizing regional digital campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads) independently and in collaboration with HQ.
  • Tracking marketing performance, attribution, lead conversion (MQL to SQL), and vendor budget utilization in CRM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B IT marketing, including at least 2 years in the channel (distributor, systems integrator, or vendor).
  • Proven track record in marketing budget planning and managing vendor funds (MDF, co-marketing).
  • Experience organizing partner events in Europe and participating in industry conferences.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM: campaigns, attribution, reporting, landing page creation, and email marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies and production contractors within allocated budgets.
  • Hands-on experience launching and optimizing paid digital campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads.
  • Fluency in English (Advanced level).
  • Practical experience with AI tools for copywriting, analytics, and workflow automation.
  • Residence in an EU country and readiness for business travel across the region.

Nice to Have

  • Professional proficiency in German (B2 or higher).
  • Knowledge of Polish or other CEE languages.
  • Practical experience configuring AI agents or automated workflow scenarios.
