Enable 'take notes for me' in Calendar, ahead of your meeting

The Google team is constantly improving its business and education suite, and this time it's the turn of Google Calendar. The launch of a new feature — “Take notes for me” — has been announced, which will significantly simplify the process of documenting meetings and save time for Google Workspace users.

The “Take notes for me” feature uses Google's AI capabilities to automatically generate and summarize notes directly during a meeting. The tool is designed to track key moments, decisions, planned actions, and even attendees in real time.

After the meeting, a finished Google Docs document with all the details will appear in the corresponding Calendar event field.
