Announcing the new AWS EU (Paris) Region

Dear AWS Customer,

The AWS Team are excited to announce the immediate availability of our new EU (Paris) Region.

The Paris Region ​​joins Frankfurt, Ireland, and London as Amazon Web Services fourth European location, and provides you with a new option for infrastructure located in Europe.

In new Paris Region, as with all Amazon Web Services regions, you choose where your data is processed and stored.

AWS now spans 18 regions worldwide, bringing the total number of AWS Availability Zones to 49, which serve customers from over 190 countries.
