Information on MSRP Price Increase — valid from July 1, 2022. Milestone

Dear partners, inform you of a price increase in the Milestone Recommended Price List* (also referred to as the Milestone Price List for Milestone Products and Services) that affects Milestone XProtect® products, Milestone Care™ and Milestone HUSKY IVO™ series Video Surveillance Appliances (“Milestone HUSKY IVO”).

Starting from July 1, 2022, the prices provided in the Milestone Recommended Price List (i.e., MSRP prices) will be increased. The new increased MSRP prices are specified and reflected in the price list titled: “Milestone Price List for Milestone Products and Services — Effective 2022 R2 — valid as of July 1, 2022”.

MSRP prices adjustment at a glance:

• An upward adjustment of approximately 5 % on MSRP for Milestone XProtect VMS, Milestone Care Plus and Milestone Care Premium
• An upward adjustment of approximately 4% to 22% on MSRP for Milestone Husky IVO.

IMPORTANT: The existing Milestone Recommended Price List is valid until June 30, 2022. The MSPR increase will not happen until July 1, 2022. Respectively, a price increase in the Milestone Recommended Price List will affect purchase orders placed via Milestone’s online ordering tools on or after July 1, 2022.

As stated in the Milestone notice, «Over the last two years, we’ve witnessed rising inflation, component shortages, and delivery delays. Simply put, our costs have grown in relation to market conditions. We will continue to introduce new product and service features, updates, and improvements to better serve our customers in the years to come. For us to deliver quality products and services our customers expect from us, we must take meaningful steps. This price adjustment is one such initiative».

With respect to project discounts, we will honor the percentage approved, but the percentage will be based off the new increased MSRPs if the purchase order is placed AFTER July 1, 2022.

In short, to enjoy the current MSRPs, purchase orders need to be placed before the price increase comes into effect on July 1, 2022.
